These items are second hand and do show the normal signs of previous use.
To Note: She does have some marks on her face and legs so please study the photos carefully and zoom in as necessary to ensure you are happy with the item. Her head is a slightly different colour to her body but I have noticed this happens to these dolls in particular over time.
